  • Every room will be cleaned and dusted.

  • Kitchen will be spotless.

  • Soaps and towels will be readily available.

  • Beds will be made up and pillow fluffed.

  • All rooms will be vacuumed and floors  washed.

We Properly Inspect Beach Area, Fire Pit, and Dock

  • We go outside to clean up beach area, sweep dock off, and check fire pit.

  • If you own a boat, we make sure the paddles are there and life jackets are out.

  • We make sure patio furniture and grill are cleaned.

Additional Services

  • We customize a checklist which meets your needs.

  • We can provide laundry services.

  • Willing to work with your insurance company if a situation occurs when you are not able to be there.

  • Available to do key exchanges.
